Working with our landowners
|
Explanation: A lot of producers use third party contractors to perform the landscaping
around their wells. These contractors often times follow their own rules and guidelines
for the job and will take shortcuts to maximize profits at the expense of the landowners.
Cutter Oil and our employees work directly with all of our landowners on a case
by case basis to ensure that our landowners are informed and happy with the end
result of each location.
Result: No landowner wants an eye sore on their property and Cutter Oil is not in
the business to put one there. We treat all of our landowners’ property as if it
were our own and we feel that the pictures speak for themselves.
Examples: The following images compare the Cutter Oil English Unit #1 and a competitor’s
well. Both wells were completed at the same time, however, the competition drilled
their well in July of 2007 while Cutter Oil drilled the English Unit was drilled
on November 14th, 2007. The difference is obvious on the level of care that we take
over our competition.

Board-on-board fencing
|
Explanation: The Ohio Department of Natural Resources requires that fencing be installed
around all well equipment. It however does not mandate any particular type of fencing.
We believe that board-on-board fencing offers the most aesthetically pleasing looking
to our locations. This is something that none of our competition does.
Result: We think the pictures speak for themselves.
Examples: As you can see in the images below, there is a clear difference in appearance
between metal slat fencing and Cutter Oil’s board-on-board fencing. Our 10 feet
high fence hides nearly all detection of the oil and gas equipment.
